Free allowances and concessions
Council Tax Reduction recipients can get four discounted collections in 12 months. Council Tax exemption and some estate service charges can qualify for free collections.
Collection rules
6 to 10 items cost £48. Mixing soft furnishings with other items requires two charged bookings. Discounted bands shown are £11.50 and £23. Check estate eligibility rather than assuming all Hackney residents receive free collections.
