A van for your production
We work with producers who need a practical, flexible van service: a hire house collection before the shoot, a van on set for the day, or equipment moving between locations. Music videos, film and TV, commercials, photography and smaller independent productions are all welcome.
Choose a Transit, Luton or Low loader with one or two movers, subject to the load and access being confirmed. Tell us about combined collections, runs during the shoot and returns after wrap so we can agree the vehicle, crew and schedule before booking. Our Luton vans include a tail lift, and our Low loaders have loading ramps.
Prop house collections and UK deliveries
Furniture, set dressing and props can travel straight from the prop house to your studio or location. We collect in London and deliver all around the UK, whether the shoot is across town or in another part of the country.
We can bring props and equipment together in one run, move them between locations and arrange the return trip when filming is finished.
Camera and lighting hire pickups
We pick up camera packages, lighting equipment, stands, monitors and other production kit from equipment hire companies around London. West London collections are part of our coverage, along with hire houses across the rest of the city.
From a few cases to a larger load, we can arrange the van and lifting help to suit. Collections, deliveries and returns can all be booked together.

Before any equipment is reserved, agree who will place the order, contract with the hire company and pay its charges. Any sourcing help and the transport arrangements must be confirmed for the job.
Vans on set, from pickup to wrap
Book a van and driver for a collection, part of the day or a longer shoot. We can stay with the production for equipment runs, prop moves and changes of location, with early starts and late finishes by arrangement.

Collection, delivery and return checks
Before collecting from the supplier
- Ask the hire company who can authorise collection and which ID, booking reference or paperwork the driver needs. Share these instructions before the driver sets off.
- Check the equipment list, number of cases and any instructions for handling or securing the load. Note existing damage or missing parts with the supplier.
- Confirm that the goods will be ready, the loading entrance will be accessible and someone will meet the driver at the agreed time.
At the production location
- Have the authorised recipient meet the van and confirm the agreed unloading point.
- Count the cases or items together, note anything missing and keep a record of the handover.
- Confirm any further runs or waiting with the booking contact before changing the plan.
After the shoot and when returning equipment
- Check equipment and accessories against the list before loading. Report damage or missing items to the production team and hire company.
- Confirm the hire company’s return window and who can accept and sign for the goods. Do not assume an unattended return is permitted.
- Keep the agreed return receipt or handover record and tell the booking contact when the return is complete.
Confirm these arrangements before booking
Hired and high value goods
Tell us which items are hired, the total value of the load and any transport conditions set by the supplier. Standard rates apply only to loads worth less than £3,000. Discuss loads worth £3,000 or more with us before confirming a booking. This affects pricing and is not an insurance limit. Confirm insurance cover, exclusions and any special handling needed for your load before booking.
Vehicle, crew and equipment
We confirm the vehicle, lifting help and any loading or securing equipment for the quoted job. Send case dimensions, weights and access details so requirements can be checked. Specialist handling or equipment must be agreed in advance.
Timing and charges
Standard hourly bookings have a two hour minimum and include loading, driving and unloading time. Applicable mileage, business zone surcharges, parking and agreed crossing fees are additional. For timed collections, waiting, on set availability, extra stops or returns after wrap, ask for a quote covering the schedule and how delays or extra time will be charged. Do not treat the simple online route estimate as a quote for the whole production schedule.
Equipment sourcing
If you need help finding hire options, tell us what is required. Confirm who places the hire order, contracts with the supplier and pays the hire charges before anything is reserved. Transport confirmation alone does not confirm an equipment hire order.

Can we keep a van on set for the day?
Yes. We can arrange a van and driver to stay with your production for runs during the shoot, changes of location and the return after wrap. Part day and longer bookings are available.

Yes. We collect from London prop houses and deliver to studios and locations all around the UK. We can also arrange the return to the prop house after the shoot.
