Move around your working day
Whether you’re moving three desks into a shared studio or relocating a small office, the job starts with a clear inventory and an agreed plan. We can discuss timing around your team, building access and the day you need to be operational.
A Transit suits smaller equipment and stock runs. A Luton with two movers can be a better fit for furniture, shelving and a larger load. Tell us the size of the move rather than guessing the van—we’ll help you choose.
A useful office moving checklist
Appoint one person to coordinate the move and label everything by its destination. The more ready the office is when the crew arrives, the more of the booked time goes into moving.
- Back up devices, shut equipment down and label cables.
- Pack screens and fragile equipment with suitable protection.
- Keep sensitive documents and valuable portable devices with your team.
- Agree lift reservations and loading slots with both buildings.
- Confirm furniture sizes, any dismantling and who is responsible for reassembly.
- List stock, crates and equipment separately so nothing gets left behind.
Deliveries for businesses that keep moving
Not every business needs an office relocation. You might need stock between premises, a shop collection, exhibition equipment or a one-off delivery. Share the load, addresses and time window, and we’ll tell you whether we can help.
Recurring or multi-stop work is quoted around the route and timings. We don’t promise a slot until the vehicle and crew are confirmed, so flag fixed delivery deadlines from the start.
Straightforward hourly pricing
Transit rates are £55 per hour with one mover or £75 with two. Luton rates are £75 or £95 per hour respectively. All have a two-hour minimum. Additional charges are shown in your booking estimate and explained in the terms. For a larger or complex business move, contact us with your inventory first.
Questions before you book
Can you move our office outside working hours?
Ask with your preferred dates and access windows. Early, late or weekend arrangements depend on vehicle and crew availability and are only secured when confirmed.
Will you disconnect and reconnect computers?
Your team should back up devices, disconnect equipment and label cables before collection. Technical setup, data handling and IT installation are not part of the standard transport booking.
Can you handle regular business deliveries?
We can discuss recurring work around the route, load and delivery windows. Send the frequency and any receiving-site rules so we can check availability and agree the arrangement.
