Basement flats and upstairs furniture
For a basement or upper floor flat, send the furniture measurements and photos of the steps, doorways and stair turns. Tell us whether the property has a shared entrance or a separate street door; a loading space needs to give a usable route to that entrance.
Parking and loading in Islington
Check the signs at the actual loading point and ask the building manager about private loading areas. If you need a council bay reserved, use the relevant authority’s current guidance below. Arrangements, charges and required notice vary; book any permission before the moving day.
