Questions

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

The planner uses ordinary databases, relations and formulas. It does not require paid automation or an external integration. You need a Notion account to duplicate it.

Where do I enter personal details?

Only in your own copy. You control its sharing. The public demonstration uses fictional information. Do not store passwords, identity numbers or payment credentials.

Are the task dates official deadlines?

No. They are planning suggestions. Council notice periods, tenancy arrangements and supplier terms need their own checks.
