How to use it

- Open the blank workbook and complete the blue cells on Start here.
- Enter inventory and costs, then work through the 60 task timeline.
- Print the forms you need. Print labels at 100% and check the calibration line.
Questions
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. Download the Excel and PDF files directly. A Google account is needed only if you choose to make a native Google Sheets copy.
Does it compare quotes fairly?
It records fixed totals separately from hourly estimates, uses the whole team rate and applies a stated whole billing period rounding model. Add all known extras and record whether each is already included. Incomplete quotes have no comparable total.
What happens when I add more rows?
The working tables include 204 prepared rows. Insert rows inside the table. If you exceed that capacity, follow Lists to extend the bounded summary and lookup ranges and check the first added row.
Is volume a guaranteed vehicle size?
No. It is an approximate space calculation. Dimensions, payload, access, stacking and handling can change what fits safely.
